To use our online services at www.employon.com, we require you to subscribe to a seat
license agreement under the Terms and Conditions of Use. The process of entering into
this agreement requires EmployOn to collect information, such as company name, credit
card data, contact name and other relevant information.
We also may collect other information when subscribers visit our web
pages, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer),
the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows '98 or Mac OS) and the
domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink). We
may also choose to monitor, track or otherwise observe your use of EmployOn's Database
libraries.
Our Commitment to Security

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an
